Specializing in US Immigration from Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Chaninat & Leeds is a US-Thailand law firm specializing in US Immigration law. The company was established in 2001 and is comprised of licensed Thai and US lawyers with decades of experience in US immigration law. We are based in Bangkok, the regional United States and Citizen Immigration Service center for all of Asia and one of only three regional processing centers in the world. We specialize in marriage based and family based immigration matters concerning Thai families and families residing within Southeast Asian countries including Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. We also assist with other types of immigration cases such as business and investment related immigration and labor recruitment and labor migration issues.

Our firm is staffed by licensed US and Thai attorneys. We are a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Federal District Court (USA), the Thailand Bar Association and other professional organizations.
